Shipping And Returns
We’ll send through tracking details with the notification email that your order has been shipped.
This includes the waybill/tracking number with a link to the courier companies tracking system.
For local deliveries, the following courier companies are used: Fastway, The Courier Guy, PostNet.
For international deliveries, the following courier companies are used, FedEx, DHL or a requested courier.
For local delivery, we mainly use FastWay for free next-day and 2-day delivery. The Courier Guy also carries out deliveries for quicker delivery times upon request. For small items that need to be delivered in remote areas with a low-cost delivery fee, PostNet to PostNet services are used.
FastWay Service Areas
For international orders, we use FedEx as our main exporter and can look at other couriers/shipping companies that best suit your location. If needed, please voice your prefered shipping company when placing orders from our wide selection of products.
Please note that an international order is subject to duties, taxes, and/or tariffs as levied by either the shipper, the South African government, or your own governing bodies. Karter Performance will not pay, refund, or compensate for these charges. Duties, taxes, and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Any cost incurred by Karter Performance due to unpaid fees or refused packages will be charged to the purchaser.
If you’ve received your order and the content is damaged please email us within 24h at email@example.com so that we can rectify the issue.
Please include the bellow in your email:
- Invoice Number
- Photo’s of the damaged goods
- How to best contact you
- Kindly keep the packaging and it’s content to be returned unless stated otherwise.

If you did not receive your order within the specified time given when you placed/paid for your order, kindly contact us.
Tracking details are provided with every order shipped and usually, the courier company will contact you if they cannot deliver or need assistance with the delivery address.

Orders can be placed in the following ways:
- Online order:
Add what you’re after to your cart and place your order online with us.
- Order via email:
Email us what products you’re after and we’ll send through an official quote/invoice.
Kindly add how you would like to receive your products: Deliver (please add a physical address), Collect (give us a heads up so that we can have your order ready)
- Online order:
We will contact you as soon as possible to process your order. If certain products need to be imported we will notify you with a lead time and keep you updated throughout the order process.
We currently only accept EFT’s for orders that are shipped out to you. An online payment gateway is in the pipeline.
For orders that are collected from our Premises, Card payments, Cash, EFT and Geo Payments Can be made.
For international orders, we accept PayPal payments and direct bank transfers.

When buying a used Accessport there are a few things to consider:
- Is the APv3 unmarried/uninstalled from the previous vehicle?
- Are all the accessories included? See the ‘What’s Included‘ TAB on the COBB APv3 product page for your specific vehicle.
It should at least include the OBD-2 cable and the USB cable.
- Is the OBD-2 cable damaged where it connects into the APv3. Check if the holder prongs or clips are damaged/clip into the APv3 correctly. The clip mechanism can break if improperly pulled out/not unclipped.
- Make sure the part number matches your vehicle. eg. AP3-FOR-001 is for a Ford Focus ST Mk3 only.
The Accessport Manager allows the user to update the Accessport, load or remove maps from your tuner and download vehicle logs.
